If there was one particular person that was keeping you down and generally having a bad influence on your mood. What will you do? Rent few comedy videos or dvds to improve your mood and spirit? Of course not. You will either get rid of that person, or try to fix the situation with them. That will help in the long term, comedy dvds are only a shortterm fix.
The same thing is for diets. Attitude, behaviour and habits adjustment, is the longterm fix, testing yet another diet will take you nowhere (most of the time). With the right frame of mind, most diets will work, to some extent. Looking for a miraculous pill is often a waste of time.
Even if you will prefer not to choose hypnosis, keep the above in mind and try some other thing that's more targetted on thinking and lifestyle adjustment, instead of food and dieting.
